this is an error related to the support of string by Java 7.x and is safe to ignore. However, if you want to get rid of this error make the change below on <tomcat_home>/bin/ or <tomcat_home>/bin/

export CATALINA_OPTS="-XX:+AggressiveOpts -XX:+UseLargePages -Xmn2g -Xms8g -Xmx12g -XX:MaxPermSize=512m -Dstringchararrayaccessor.disabled=true"

By setting Dstringchararrayaccessor.disabled=true, you can eliminate this error.
