Facing null pointer exceptions while importing from a file.

The job was a user import job with the employeeID column containing non-null values.

This error is because of the following reason. The file is present in the source folder, but there is no content in it. Since it is mentioned that the file has non-null employeeID values, the error is because the file permissions prevent the application from reading the file. Set the permissions necessary for the application to read the file and the error would be resolved.

The same error can also be seen with access/activity import if the destination file is empty or the file permissions are not set correctly.
