To create this, please follow the instructions below -

  1. Navigate to Configure -> Settings
  2. Select the HouseKeeping tab on the left.
  3. Click on Schedule housekeeping job
  4. Select the 'Clean Files' task.
  5. Please input the following information -
  6. Folder - Input the folder path (say, /securonix/securonix_home/import/success)
  7. Filename - the exact filename can be entered or the filename pattern can be entered. To enter filename pattern (i.e for filenames starting with messages), enter filenamepattern followed by '.' (i.e. messages.)
  8. Include subfolders - Enable it to 'Yes' to recursively delete files from sub-folders
  9. Include Non empty files - Yes
  10. Remove all data from X days prior - 5 ( removes all files older than 5 days)
  11. Click Next
  12. Click Save and Run (Can be enabled as a scheduled job)
